Well I haven't updated this in a long time. Alot of things have happened. I am still dealing with not smoking. I will have a cig once a week. The holidays were great. We had a great Christmas. Sam got his promotion. The is now the General Manager of the new store in Newbury Park. So now we are looking to move. I've never moved anywhere that I knew nothing about. I am thinking about moving to either Newbury Park, Camarillo, Moorpark or Simi. They are only 30 minutes away or less but I know nothing about them. It's weird. I hope there are some great scrapbooking groups out there. But I will have to drive to scrap with my old groups. What a new adventure i'm in for. -janee

Day 1: Smoke Free
So on Sunday I just cut down on smoking. For no reason but the fact that I started getting that yucky dizzy feeling. So I cut down to 2-3 cigs a day since then. And today I started the patch. I am hoping I can quit. I am soooo afraid of dying too young and not seeing all of the major events in my kid's life. So today I am starting Day 1: Smoke Free.

On Saturday Nov. 4th, 2006. I attended the 3rd Annual Crop-A-Thon in Reseda, CA. It was 12 hours of scrapping fun. It was a great combination of my new Scrappin' Sisters and my old Canoga Park Meetup. There were great vendors and great food. I will post the pages I did when I get a chance to take the photos. My Holloween layout won best Holiday Page. I got a great 4x6 Album kit that I plan to put to good use. I also made an altered 5x7 album which came out great!!!

Here are a few samples of my scrapbook pages. They are not as fancy as some but I like my style. I will not us digital scrapbooking EVER! Don't want my hobbie to intersect with my career.

Look at me. I'm trying to get a constant blog going. Y 4 U ask? Because I always think of really cute things my kids did and when I get around to scrapping the photos my story doesn't seem as clever. So If I'm at the computer and can just jot it down. Besides that this will also be a blog about my life as a mom, a girlfriend and full time employee. And my quest to live my life to the fullest.
